Cataracts are the leading cause of preventable blindness in Bangladesh.
Together with local eye surgeons we are running a 3-day camp in Dinajpur: free screening, reading glasses and cataract surgery for those who need it.
One surgery costs ৳6,000 and restores sight in under 30 minutes.
